Terms & Conditions OLXSlot – Official Malaysia Platform Policy

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between OLXSlot and every individual who accesses or uses our platform, including the website at olxslot.ws, the mobile application and all related services provided by OLXSlot.

OLXSlot reserves the right to update, modify or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version will always be available on this page along with the date of the last update. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any conflict between a translation or other language version and this Malay version, the Malay version on OLXSlot's official page shall serve as the definitive reference.

To register and use the OLXSlot platform, individuals must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Residing in Malaysia or a Malaysian citizen currently abroad.
• Possession of a valid and active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification purposes.
• Has never had an account previously terminated at OLXSlot for a breach of terms.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Registering in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial use.

Each OLXSlot member is fully responsible for their own account. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a serious violation of OLXSlot's Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. OLXSlot will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party due to the member's own negligence.
• The registered phone number must be active and belong to the member in question. Any change of phone number must be reported to the OLXSlot support team.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added account security.

OLXSlot will never request your account password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to represent OLXSlot and asks for your password, please report it to our support team immediately.

OLXSlot supports a range of recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All deposits must be made using the following payment methods:

All deposits must originate from an account registered in the same member's name. OLXSlot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit suspected to be from an illegitimate source will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

OLXSlot processes withdrawals promptly to ensure member satisfaction. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be approved.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit.
• Members who receive a bonus must fulfil the rollover requirement before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes. VIP Diamond and Elite members receive instant processing.

OLXSlot reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes in the event of suspicious activity, legal compliance requirements or incomplete identity verification. Members will be notified via email or in-platform message regarding any such hold.

OLXSlot offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise specified in the terms of that particular promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by verified members — phone number verification is the minimum requirement.
• As a general rule, only one (1) active promotion may be held at a time, with the exception of automatic rebates and cashback.
• The rollover requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received only, not the total of deposit plus bonus.
• Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements that expire within the validity period will be forfeited automatically with no compensation.
• OLXSlot reserves the right to cancel any bonus without notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion system.

All games available on OLXSlot — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sports Betting (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton), and e-sports (MLBB, Valorant, FIFA) — are governed by their own individual game rules, which can be found within each respective game section.

In general, the following rules apply to all games on the OLXSlot platform:

• Results recorded by the OLXSlot system are final and binding, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of an internet disconnection during an active game, any game result already recorded by our servers shall be considered valid.
• OLXSlot uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) across all digital games to ensure complete fairness.
• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the system automatically allows cancellation within a specified window for sports games.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the OLXSlot platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence or any other automated method to play or place bets.
• Attempting to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
• Credit/debit card fraud or use of unauthorised or stolen payment methods.
• Attempted money laundering through the OLXSlot platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in disrespectful behaviour towards support staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party.

OLXSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any condition set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failed identity verification, or information provided found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• Account closure requested by the member through OLXSlot support.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives issued by Malaysian authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an investigation. For voluntary account closures or closures due to inactivity, any remaining balance will be returned to the member through the standard withdrawal process.

OLXSlot takes member privacy very seriously. The collection, use and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Data collected includes full name, phone number, email address, payment information and platform activity records. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and improvement of OLXSlot services.

The OLXSlot platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OLXSlot strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

• OLXSlot is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• In exceptional circumstances such as server failures, natural disasters or major technical disruptions, OLXSlot reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance.
• OLXSlot is not liable for any losses arising from game outcomes that do not meet a member's expectations — all games carry inherent risk that members assume on their own.

OLXSlot reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the OLXSlot platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
